Welcome to Premium Tours. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our car rental services and website. By making an enquiry, booking a vehicle, or using a vehicle rented from Premium Tours, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Premium Tours

Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only after Premium Tours provides confirmation.
Customers should provide accurate contact and travel information while making an enquiry.
Premium Tours may recommend an alternative vehicle if the selected vehicle is unavailable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

Provide correct information during the booking process.
Use the rented vehicle responsibly.
Take reasonable care of the vehicle during the rental period.
Follow applicable traffic rules and road regulations.
Inform Premium Tours promptly about any accident, breakdown, damage, or other issue involving the vehicle.
Return the vehicle as agreed with Premium Tours.

6. Vehicle Condition

Premium Tours aims to provide well-maintained and reliable vehicles.

Customers should inspect the vehicle at the time of receiving it and report any existing damage or issue before starting the journey.

Any damage occurring during the rental period should be reported to Premium Tours as soon as possible.

7. Driving & Legal Compliance

The customer/driver is responsible for complying with applicable traffic laws and regulations during the rental period.

The vehicle must not be used for unlawful activities or in any manner that may put the vehicle, passengers, or other road users at unreasonable risk.

8. Booking Changes & Cancellation

Any request to change or cancel a booking should be communicated to Premium Tours as early as possible.

Cancellation charges, refund eligibility, booking modification charges, or other applicable conditions may depend on the individual booking and will be communicated by Premium Tours at the time of confirmation.

9. Rental Duration

Rental charges are based on the agreed rental period.

Customers should confirm the pickup time, return time, rental duration, and applicable charges with Premium Tours before finalizing their booking.

Any extension of the rental period should be approved by Premium Tours.

10. Vehicle Availability & Substitution

Although Premium Tours makes reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle selected by the customer, circumstances such as maintenance requirements, unexpected operational issues, or prior bookings may affect availability.

Where necessary, Premium Tours may offer a suitable alternative vehicle, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

11. Accidents, Damage & Breakdown

In the event of an accident, breakdown, or other vehicle-related incident, the customer should contact Premium Tours promptly at:

Customers should cooperate with Premium Tours and relevant authorities where necessary.

Any applicable responsibility for damage or related costs will be determined based on the circumstances and the agreed rental terms.

12. Prohibited Use

Vehicles rented through Premium Tours must not be used for:

Illegal activities.
Racing or speed competitions.
Activities that intentionally place the vehicle at unreasonable risk.
Any purpose prohibited under applicable law.

Premium Tours reserves the right to take appropriate action where a vehicle is misused.

13. Customer Information

Information provided through the enquiry or booking form should be accurate and complete.
